A librarian works with you and develops an instructional session or sessions to meet the specific needs of the class. Course-related library instruction is one of the most effective ways of teaching students to use scholarly materials and resources. This success is due to supplementing subject-oriented training received in the classroom with instruction in information resources and search techniques.
