The Title List is a complete alphabetical list of all electronic resources available at F. D. Bluford Library, for all subjects and formats. The database formats are indicated by the icon next to the title. A key to these icons is available below.

Commercial Resource

Some research databases are restricted to NCA&T  affiliates only due to license restrictions imposed by the author/compiler of the database.  NCA&T users must be using an on campus network connection or a Library workstation to use the restricted services. Access from off-campus is limitted to those databases where the Proxy Sever verifies affiliation.

 

NC LIVE Resource

All NC LIVE research databases are restricted to access from NCA&T or another NC LIVE campus. NCA&T users must be using an on campus network connection or the Off-Campus connection via the Proxy Server to use the NC LIVE services.

 

Public Resource

North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University provides access to some research databases which are open for the public to use. These databases are free of charge and do not require logins and/or passwords.  These databases are indicated by a globe graphic.

 

CD-ROM Resource

Some research databases are housed on F. D. Bluford Library's CD-ROM network or individual workstations. These resources cannot be directly accessed from the web browser. CD-ROM resources cannot be accessed from off-campus, one must come to the library.

 

Off-Campus Resource

A subset of the Commercial, NC LIVE, and/or Public databases are available using the Off-Campus connections via the Proxy Server.  Special instructions are needed to access these resources from off-campus.  Instructions for downloading appropriate software and/or configuring your web browser can be found on the Proxy server page.

 

New Resource

This graphic marks resources which have been added to the list recently, typically within the past six months.
