Getting Started


Course pages were coded for version 3 or higher of Netscape or Internet Explorer. However, over the development of the course some of the Web sites that the course links to have moved away from this standard and require a version 4 browser. We suggest that you upgrade to at least version 4 of Netscape or Internet Explorer.

To take this course through your home or office computer, you must establish an account with an Internet provider. The minimum hardware requirement is a 486 (or better) computer with a minimum of 16 mg of RAM and Windows 95 or higher; we also suggest that you use at least a 28.8 modem.
